Another great newsletter where you pack so much information and current events around the topic we are all thinking about.

Loved seeing the focus on women forming real networks, not just for feel-good support but to build skills and make things happen. Let's do this.

Hey Julie; great post as always!

Hate causes cancer (imo). Hopefully anxiety doesn't, because my worry brain is acting up a tad for good reason.

1. I know I always get such better results and have so much more fun when I work with kind, respectful, understanding, empathetic, self-aware, forgiving—and—forgivable women and men. Hopefully, the way I mouth off on LinkedIn and in person helps those people self-select toward me and naturally repels the kind of boys you speak of.

2. Hopefully more men will continue to get into therapy, find out what motivated their hateful thoughts and get the fuck over them. It's the only way for them to ever hope to find some peace. And, it'll help move humanity forward, where it's better.

Thank you!

Thanks Eric for (1) being a reader (2) being a cool guy. The blanket hate will get us nowhere. Plenty of men have real reasons to be angry, disappointed, disillusioned, confused or hurt. All of us need to find new ways to work through it rather than attack each other, including women attacking women.

Super interesting! Great predictions… and we definitely need to separate the boys from the men. 🙌🏻
